Software House · Ronis FZC

Software that runs the business, not just demos well.

Six focused products for the operations most software ignores — fleet, vehicle rental, retail & POS, CRM with loyalty, HR & payroll, and whatever you need built from scratch. Made by people who've actually run them.

Products

One brand. Sharp, single-purpose tools.

Every Labs product does one job for one kind of operator — and does it better than the bloated suite they're stuck with. Run one, or run them together on a single login.

● Live pilot

Fleet Labs

For operators who own the vehicles. Keep every asset accounted for — servicing, fines, fuel, insurance, driver assignment and renewals — in one place instead of five spreadsheets.

Maintenance & service history
Fines, Salik & renewals
Driver assignment & documents
Cost per vehicle, per month
● Live pilot

Rental Labs

For operators who rent the vehicles out. Bookings, contracts, handover, damage and invoicing — the full rental day, without the enterprise price tag.

Bookings & availability
Digital contracts & handover
Damage capture & deposits
Invoicing & extensions
● Live pilot

HR Labs

Attendance, leave, documents and payroll for teams that are mostly not sitting at a desk. Payroll that comes out right the first time.

Attendance & shifts
Leave & approvals
WPS-ready payroll
Visa & document expiry alerts
◐ In build

Retail Labs

Offline-first POS and back-office for multi-branch shops. Fast at the counter, honest in the books, and it keeps selling when the internet drops.

Offline-first POS
Stock across branches
Suppliers & purchasing
Daily close & reporting
◐ In build

CRM Labs

Customers, pipeline and a loyalty program that actually gets used — so the people who bought once come back a second and third time.

Customers & pipeline
Loyalty points & tiers
Campaigns & follow-ups
Repeat-business reporting
◆ On request

Custom Labs

The tool your business actually needs, built to fit — not your workflow bent to fit software designed for someone else.

Internal tools & portals
Integrations & migrations
Built on the same stack
First working build in weeks
Every product ships with

  • Offline-first sync
  • One login across products
  • Your data, exportable
  • Support from the people who built it
Why Ronis Labs

Built by operators, not just coders.

We didn't learn these industries from a spec sheet. We've run the fleets, wired the telematics, closed the retail books and lived the back-office chaos. That's why our software fits the way work actually happens — the edge cases, the shortcuts, the 9pm problems — instead of the tidy version in a sales demo.

What we build

Lean stack. Fast ship. No bloat.

Django and Postgres on the back, offline-first mobile in the field, clean interfaces in between. We ship a real, usable version in weeks and improve it with the people using it — not in a vacuum.

The stack
  • Django & Postgres
  • Supabase sync

Questions

The things you're actually wondering.

The ones that come up on the second call, once the polite part is over.

Buying & getting started
We already run three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Why change?
Because that setup works right up until it doesn't — and it usually fails on the day you're busiest. The point isn't the software. It's that nobody has to remember which sheet has the real number. If the spreadsheets are genuinely holding, we'll tell you to keep them a while longer rather than sell you something you don't need yet.
How long until we're actually using it?
A real, usable build in about three weeks — not a mockup, not a demo, something your team can run a day's work on. Then we improve it with the people using it, in the open, instead of disappearing for six months and coming back with something that doesn't fit how you work.
What does "live pilot" mean? Are we the guinea pig?
It means a real business is running on it right now, and we're still hardening it with them. Fleet, Rental and HR Labs are at that stage; Retail and CRM are still in build. Being early means you get a lower price and real influence over what gets built next. It also means you'll hit the occasional rough edge — we'd rather say that out loud than pretend it's a decade-old product.
We're already on another system. What happens to our data?
We migrate it. Vehicles, customers, contracts, staff records, history — we take whatever export the old system gives us, clean it, and load it. Migration is part of the job, not a surprise line item at the end.
Can we start with one product and add others later?
That's how most people do it. Each product stands on its own, but they share one login and talk to each other — so when Rental hands a customer to CRM, or HR feeds hours into payroll, it just works. Start where the pain is.
Under the hood
What's it built on?
Django and Postgres on the back, offline-first mobile in the field. Boring, proven, fast, and — importantly — a stack that any competent engineer can pick up if we ever get hit by a bus. We're not going to trap you in something exotic that only we can maintain.
Does it work when the internet doesn't?
Yes, and this isn't a checkbox for us. The counter, the lot and the site are exactly where connectivity dies. The mobile apps keep working offline and sync when they're back — you keep selling, keep checking vehicles in, keep marking attendance, and nothing is lost.
Can it talk to our accounting software / internal systems?
Usually, yes. We build integrations and middleware as part of custom work — if your system has an API or can produce a file, we can bridge it. Bring us the specifics and we'll tell you honestly whether it's an afternoon or a month.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
Hosted and maintained by us, with role-based access so a driver sees a driver's view and not the payroll. Your data is yours and exportable at any time — we don't sell it, mine it, or hold it as leverage.
Ownership & the long term
If you build us something custom, who owns it?
You do — 100% of the custom code and design, on completion and payment. The products themselves (Fleet, Rental, and the rest) are licensed, like any software you subscribe to, but anything we build specifically for you belongs to you.
You're a small team. What if you disappear?
Fair question, and one you should ask every vendor. Our answer: a mainstream stack any developer can take over, your data exportable in a standard format whenever you want it, and no proprietary lock-in designed to make leaving expensive. We'd rather keep you because the software is good.
What does support actually look like?
You talk to the people who wrote the code. There's no tier-one script, no ticket that ages for a week. That's the genuine advantage of buying from a small team that runs these operations itself — we tend to already know what you mean.
Do you only work with UAE businesses?
It's where we're based and where we know the ground — Sharjah, and the wider Gulf — which matters for things like WPS payroll, Salik and fines handling. The software itself doesn't care where you are, but our local knowledge is worth the most here.

software that gets it.
